Service information
The SFIT application provides information about disruptions in passenger transport directly from the operation management centre. The chargeable ancillary service is available as a service via the Internet and a mobile phone app. With SFIT, railway undertakings can communicate information about their own deviations in operations to their employees.
The mobile app is available for download in the common app stores under the name SFIT (Android) or https://apps.apple.com/app/sfit/id6447051748 (iOS). Billing takes place on a monthly basis. Valid charges for the respective working timetable period are published in the Network Statement.

Ordering
The SFIT service is ordered and cancelled using the order/cancellation form. A separate contract must be concluded between ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG and the RU before the service can be utilised. The order/cancellation form and the sample contract can be found in the annexes to the Network Statement.
After ordering, RU admins can authorise users for the application in the M-AMA online ordering system.
