Authorisation
Access to password-protected pages is generally only possible for RUs authorised in Austria. Requests for registration should be addressed to the One Stop Shop (OSS).
Two-factor authentication
In order to comply with current and high security standards, we are switching to two-factor authentication for access-protected areas on the website Schienennetz - ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG (oebb.at) as of 12 September 2023.
Access management
Access management is carried out exclusively by RU administrators in the online ordering system M-AMA. In this system, RU administrators can create users (contacts) and assign rights for contacts. Authorisation for password-protected Internet pages takes place in the IT Tools menu. For more information, please see the guide in the download area.
