The aS-Ordering-Platform functions as a means of application for handover approvals of exceptional consignments (aS) according to the ÖBB guideline 31.04.01 "Außergewöhnliche Sendungen". Application information for the web interface are available through the manual (German only). For information regarding newer versions of the manual, a registration for the newsletter "Außergewöhnliche Sendung" is recommended: Registration for Newsletter .

Prerequisites
A prerequisite for the usage of the aS-Bestellportal (ordering portal for exceptional consignments) is registration as a user for the M-AMA OBS (modular network access order management system), who must be assigned to a valid railway undertaking and additionally authorized for the as-Bestellportal. The assignment and additional authorization of a user for M-AMA OBS and the aS Bestellportal is processed by the M-AMA administrator of the railway undertaking.
