The aS-Ordering-Platform functions as a means of application for handover approvals of exceptional consignments (aS) according to the ÖBB guideline 31.04.01 "Außergewöhnliche Sendungen". Application information for the web interface are available through the manual (German only). For information regarding newer versions of the manual, a registration for the newsletter "Außergewöhnliche Sendung" is recommended: Registration for Newsletter .

Prerequisites
A prerequisite for the usage of the aS-Ordering-Platform is a user-registration for the M-AMA OBS (online ordering system). The distribution and authorization is processed by the M-AMA company administrator of each railway undertaking (RU). Further information on the registration can be found at M-AMA - the online ordering system or in the Manual M-AMA for Admin Management OBS (Two-factor; in German).
