Access to the ÖBB network

ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG is responsible for non-discriminatory allocation of train paths on the ÖBB network. We are a central point of contact for railway undertakings and for all companies authorised to order rail infrastructure capacity.

There are currently about 70 railway undertakings (RUs) operating on ÖBB’s rail network.

European Freight Corridors

There are currently three international freight corridors running through the Austrian rail network. An additional corridor is due for completion in the coming years.

The One Stop Shop (OSS) of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG is the first contact for business partners on the rail network and supports railway undertakings in obtaining information on access and usage conditions for the railroad infrastructure.
