Details on the digital platform
Once you have registered and logged in to the CONNY portal, you can access the following functions via the dashboard:
- Create requests,
- submit complaints,
- manage personal data,
- receive up-to-date information and important announcements,
- access the railpower box client and traction current consumption web applications and
- call up the comprehensive structured service catalog.
More and more features and applications will gradually be integrated into CONNY and made available to you.

The CONNY portal
CONNY - ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG's customer platform has been developed to provide you with efficient and user-friendly access to our services.
Registration
You will receive an e-mail with a personal registration link. Click on the link "Customer platform - start registration" or copy the link into your browser. The invitation code is already filled in on the registration page. All you have to do is click on “Register”. Set a password in the registration mask. Confirm the password and click on “Register”. Read the terms of use and check the box “I agree to the terms of use”. Click on “Continue”.
Login
Visit the following page and click on “Login” in the top navigation bar. Enter your user name and password. Optionally, activate “Stay logged in” for automatic login on future visits. For security reasons, do not use this option on public computers. Click on “Log in”.
The CONNY Dashboard
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to the CONNY Dashboard. Here you will find the following functions: Create requests or complaints. View personal data and company information. A news area with news relevant to you, a toolbox area with links to the Infra Tools, a link to the ÖBB Infrastructure service catalog.
The CONNY portal navigation is located at the top of the website and offers quick access to important functions and information.
From left to right you will find the following elements and their functions:
The CONNY logo at the top left takes you back to the home page.- The dashboard is symbolized by a house icon.
- A link to our website.
- Our contact information.
- The language selection: German is selected by default. English is also available.
- Your name with a drop down arrow for further options.
- A small red “i” that takes you to the CONNY Portal manual. Click on our logo at the top right to go to our website.
Inquiries and complaints
You can create a new support request with CONNY in just a few clicks. Click on “New request”. Select the appropriate request type from the suggestions. Enter a short, meaningful title. Describe your request in detail in the “Description” field. Optionally, you can add relevant files. Click on “Send” and your support request is submitted. You can call up your open requests at any time under “Open requests” in the dashboard. Click on the date to view the details of a request. Use the comment function for additions or exchanges with our employees. To do this, click on “Add comment”. A new window will open in which you can write your message. Click on “Submit”. Comments are displayed with a timestamp in the timeline of the request.
You will automatically receive an e-mail notification when our employees add new comments. You can access processed requests at any time under “Completed requests”. You can access all your requests - open and closed - via the “To all requests” link.
You can also create complaints in just a few steps. Click on “New complaint” in the dashboard. The “Complaint” request type is already preselected. Select the relevant product group. If none of the suggested categories apply, select “Other services”. Enter a summary of the reason for your complaint in the “Complaint code(s) and reasons” field. Copy the complaint code(s) from the individual service records into the “Details of complaint records in ELN” field and enter the exact reason for the complaint in each case. The complaint is now submitted.
You can view and manage the following information in the master data area: Check “Personal data” and initiate an update if necessary. Set contact preferences and preferred language - German or English. Request a password change. View the addresses of your company. Main location and billing address. If the information is incorrect or outdated, you can request a correction via a “portal ticket”. View all your company's contacts recorded in the system - divided into legal entities and contacts. View the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers stored for legally relevant rail functions. These are only visible to you if you have an infrastructure usage contract.
The news section on the right-hand side of the CONNY Dashboard provides you with a compact overview of current information and important announcements. Click on an entry to open its full news text in a new window. The news entries are sorted chronologically, with the latest news at the top. You can see the date below the title. News contains, for example, announcements of special events, updates on system functions, information on ÖBB initiatives and projects, important facts and figures about ÖBB, dates for upcoming events or information days. Visit the news section regularly to keep up to date with the latest developments and important information.
Toolbox
This area offers you direct access to the respective Infra tools, for example “railpower box client”, traction current consumption, M-AMA, as well as the service catalog or the link to the login page. More detailed information can be found in the respective tool manuals. You can use the “Other tools” link to access the relevant homepage of the Infra website, where you can then log in as usual.
The service catalog provides you with an overview of our available services. To access the “Service Catalog”, navigate to the Toolbox section on your CONNY Dashboard and click on the “Service Catalog” field. Here you will find a structured presentation of the available services. The service catalog is divided into different service families. This categorization helps you to quickly find the services that are relevant to you. Click on a service family to display the specific services associated with it. You can then click on individual services to view detailed information, comprehensive descriptions, conditions, contact information, instructions, forms and other relevant documents. You can use the practical sidebar to switch between different service families at any time, making it quick and easy to find the service you need. This clear structure makes navigation easier and gives you a quick overview of our comprehensive service portfolio.
New improved login method
The login method shown in the video above will be deactivated in the near future. We therefore recommend that you set up the new login method. To improve user-friendliness, you can now also link your existing company account to CONNY so that you do not have to remember a separate password. Watch this video to learn how to set up the new and improved login method for added convenience and security.

Animated video with a female speakerÖBB Infrastruktur has updated the login method for the CONNY customer portal to improve user-friendliness and security. With this new login method, you can log in with your company account and do not need to remember a separate password for CONNY. Users without a company account can create a new local account and link it to their existing CONNY profile. This offers you convenience and additional security.
The old login method will be deactivated in the near future. We therefore recommend that you set up the new method now. Select “Log in” to CONNY as you are used to. This will log you in as before before we proceed with linking your company account. After logging in, you will be taken to the CONNY start page, the so-called dashboard. This provides you with an overview of your activities and important notifications. Your user name is displayed on the dashboard and you can open the “Profile” option.
Profile settings
You can view and update personal information in your profile. Select the option on the left-hand side: “Change password”. Now click on “Manage external authentication”. In the “Manage external authentication” section, you can link a company account to your CONNY profile. Click on “+ Connect” next to Azure AD B2C to add your company account.
Note: By linking a company account, you can log in more easily in future without needing a separate password for CONNY. When linking a company account, you have the option of logging in via Microsoft, Google or ÖBB Infrastructure or your M-AMA user. Depending on the provider you choose, follow the standard login process.Microsoft

Use your Google company accountM-AMA
Use the M-AMA account supported by ÖBB Infrastruktur. Follow the steps you are familiar with for your company account. This will link your CONNY account to your company account. If you do not have a company account, you can still create a local account.First: Enter your e-mail address and request a verification code by clicking on “Send verification code”.
Second: Create a new password and enter your name details.
Third: Click on “Continue” to create the account.
These steps will create a new local account that you can link to your existing CONNY profile. After linking your company account to CONNY, you will see a confirmation message. The external account has been successfully added. This means that you can now log in to CONNY with your company account.
On the login page, enter your company account details and click “Login” to gain access to CONNY.
