Brenner Line

The fast and comfortable way to take the train from the Tyrol to Italy, Germany or other parts of Austria. The upgrade of the Brenner Axis will make this possible by boosting cross-border passenger and freight services.

ÖBB-Infrastruktur is investing in the Brenner Corridor. Its upgrade means better connections for you as a passenger and a boost to cross-border rail traffic. That also benefits the economy: In future, freight will make even faster progress along the Scandinavia-Mediterranean Corridor – the approx. 9,400 kilometre-long EU transport link between Helsinki and Valletta.
