Information

The electronic command replaces the written command that is customary today. Written commands in accordance with RW 30.01 (DV V3 § 36) are expected to be transmitted by ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG to the RUs via data interface in the 2025 working timetable period. In this regard, specific dates of entry into force will be announced separately by ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG. The primary use of the electronic command in accordance with RW 30.01 (DV V3 § 36) is mandatory from the time of introduction.

  • The data for the electronic command are made available to authorised persons via the service ZFM interface or the infraDOAS application.
  • It must be ensured that drivers have a mobile solution on the traction unit that is suitable for receiving, displaying and acknowledging the electronic command. The responsibility for this lies with the RU.
  • In accordance with RW 30.01 (DV V3 § 36), the fallback level in the event of a failure of the data interface from this point onwards is either the collective command or the paper form used today, whereby the choice of fallback level is the responsibility of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG.
