We appreciate order and organisation just as much as you do. We want to ensure that you feel comfortable as a guest with us. To do this, we need your help. Please observe our house rules as well as applicable alcohol bans and safety instructions.

Alcohol ban

At the stations Vienna Praterstern, Salzburg Main Station, Dornbirn, Innsbruck Central Station and Wiener Neustadt Central Station, the consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or possessing alcohol with the intent to consume it is prohibited throughout the entire station area. However, this does not apply to businesses or areas where food and drinks are served.

Please pay particular attention to your safety on platforms without a safety line. Entering the platform is prohibited, except to get on and off a train after it has stopped.
