Eyes and ears open at railroad crossings, because safety has priority there! Always pay attention to traffic signs, whistle signals or signal tones and additionally make sure whether a train is approaching. Despite the absence of warning signals, a train may pass through the crossing unannounced. Therefore, always look left and right before crossing a railroad crossing.
Our safety tips:
- Keep your ears pricked at all level crossings and watch out for approaching trains!
- Never cross when the barriers are closed or when the warning signal is red.
- Never stand directly on a level crossing!
