Topics of coordination
ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG, as the main infrastructure company pursuant to § 55j EisbG, is obliged to coordinate once a year with those authorised to apply for railway infrastructure capacity and the Federal Ministry BMK on the following topics:
- Requirements with regard to the maintenance and development of railway infrastructure capacity
- Content and implementation of the user-oriented goals and incentives specified in contracts pursuant to § 55b para. 1 EisbG
- Content and implementation of the network statement
- Intermodality and interoperability issues
- Questions relating to the use and conditions of access to the railway infrastructure and the quality of service provided by the railway infrastructure manager
