Service information
The service includes the provision of vehicle-side ETCS keys and related data, content, services, technologies, systems and services that enable communication between OBU and RBC on the vehicle-side and are to be installed on the traction unit by the customer.
ETCS keys for the ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG network are available immediately after the customer has entered the vehicle data in a self-service portal via a web application. ETCS keys for the network of third-party infrastructure managers depend on the provision period of the operator.

Access to the service HaaS

Login information
The administration of authorizations for the HaaS service is handled via the online order management system M-AMA. As a customer, you have the option of automatically authorizing other people in your company to use the service.
- If you have an M-AMA account as a company, then at least one person in your company has already been authorized as a so-called “company admin”. Please contact this person and ask them to assign the “IAM” IT tool and the “HaaS” IT tool with the vehicle owner role to their person (Manual M-AMA for Admin Management OBS incl. IT tools (in German). You will then be sent a registration e-mail with which you must set up two-factor authentication. (Guide to M-AMA registration via IAM (in German). You then have access to the HaaS service.
- If you as a company do not have an M-AMA account, it is necessary to create a “company admin” account for your company. As soon as you have ordered the service from us, this account will be created for you. You are then a “company admin” and can assign yourself the IT tool “IAM” and the IT tool “HaaS” with the vehicle owner role.

You then have access to the HaaS service. - If you now want to authorize other people in your company for the Service HaaS, you can do this yourself by creating a new person and adding them with the role of vehicle owner using the IT tool “IAM” and the IT tool “HaaS” with the vehicle owner role. A registration e-mail will then be sent to this person, with which they must set up two-factor authentication.
